Cute cabin ideally located in Moab, Month rental
The Blue Cactus Cabin is a unique lodging experience, just as the name implies...The newly remodeled interior is exceptional with high end finishes, new appliances and one of a kind touches throughout. It`s ideal location is convenient, quiet, secluded but so close to all that Moab has to offer. All you can ask for! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, private fenced yard and screened in porch. Couple of blocks from the town park and Rec center/pool. Close to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle...
In addition to the great location, the house is wonderful. It was remodeled in 2018, with new appliances, toilets, lighting, flooring, paint, deck, doors, blinds, linens. We added touches that make it unique and fun, such as the reclaimed wood on the walls, vintage light fixtures, antique carvings and door from India, faux finished cabinetry. We added a huge deck in the private, fenced backyard. This is the perfect place for coffee in the morning, relaxing in the afternoon, drinks for happy hour and watching the sunset over the Portal. Come experience the Blue Cactus Cabin!
The whole house and yard areas are yours for enjoyment

We are located in a `locals` neighborhood. It`s quiet, mellow and non-touristy, just a few blocks from the activity of downtown, the park and Rec center, so you can easily and quickly access all of the amenities of Moab but without having to navigate the traffic if you don`t want to. To get to our house, you turn at the first stop light, in either direction entering Moab, and skirt the back ways to get around town.
Driving or riding bikes are best options.
We do limit the number of cars to 3, and ask guests to minimize any outside noise to respect our resident neighbors. Parking is only in the driveway or on sidewalk immediately in front of the house.
We limit vehicles to 3. Only park in driveway or on sidewalk in front of the house. Do not park in front of the neighbors’ houses, at the entrance to the subdivision or common areas. If you have guests visiting and additional cars, they must be parked out on 400 North. There`s plenty of parking there. This is a touchy situation in the neighborhood. If I get complaints, you will be asked to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, a couple of bad guests have ruined it and I must enforce this - Sorry to have to be hard nosed about this.
Quiet hours in morning and evening must be honored while outside. Please, please be respectful of our neighbors - Thank you!
