The hot tub and pool are currently closed. The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below.

This townhome is minutes away from Arches National Park, Old Spanish Trail Arena, the La Sal Mountains, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Canyonlands National Park. Endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities are just a quick drive from the townhome. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the refreshing pool, basketball, and tennis courts onsite.

Both master bedrooms are upstairs, furnished with king beds, and include ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV, and in the living room, there is an Xbox gaming console! There is also a desk and chair available in the townhome if you need to get some work done during your stay.
After a day of adventuring, enjoy some R&R on the private patio and grill out using the large and easy-to-use gas BBQ grill. The patio also provides breathtaking views of Moab's red rock rim where you can watch the sun dip behind the rim each night. The townhome comes equipped with basic kitchen utensils and cooking supplies so that you can avoid the hustle and bustle in town by preparing meals in the townhome. You'll be able to stay connected during your stay by using our high-speed WIFI which is designated for only this townhome. Come and experience a true home away from home in this beautifully furnished townhome where you're sure to receive relaxation and comfort when staying in Moab!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on the premises.

There are two parking spaces for the unit. Additional parking is available for vehicles, Jeeps, RZRs, trailers, and other vehicles on Village Drive, which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have at their party.
There is also ample additional parking on Meador Drive, which is the main street leading into Rim Village and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, RZRs or Jeeps, RZRs, . Meador Drive is about a 3-5 minute walk from the unit. 

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Very clean and comfortable. We made breakfast most mornings and used the grill once. Pleasantly surprised that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. And there was a blowdryer. I would return if I came back to the area.

Perfect fit for our group of 4

Enjoyed the condo, patio, grill. 2.5 bathrooms a plus. Overall AFuture suggestions, 3.5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for one week not adequate . No clothes wash tabs, only 1/2 roll of paper towels. 6 dinner plates meant running dishwasher after every meal. We finally bought pater plates.

It's little things that can make a difference, like labels on light swtches and cabinets that make it easy to live in unfamiliar surroundings. Two parking spots! Also appreciated non-scented laundry products. Definitely would stay here again if we are lucky enough to get back to beautiful Moab.

Great stay!!

This place was great! We enjoyed the spacious living room for relaxing after a day in Canyonlands or The Arches National Park. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a bedside table on both sides. Having a half bath on the main floor was so convenient Could have had some boxes of tissues in bedrooms and living room.

Great Location Comfortable Accommodations

Very clean and comfortable rental property. Close to MOAB shopping, restaruants, and grocery stores. Had all necessary items such as towels, soap, shampoo, dishware, etc. The pool was a nice place to relax after hiking. One issue was the noisy A/C unit. It wasn't too noisy upstairs in the sleeping area with the bedroom doors closed. However, downstairs the A/C unit was so loud it drowned out conversations and the volume from the television. Not sure if anything can be done with that unit but it was a distraction due to the noise when running. The property rep was very responsive to our requests for information about hiking, shopping, etc.

A wonderful place

We loved this fabulous place, spacious and comfortable with 2 master suites upstairs, and living room and kitchen donwnstairs. The kitchen is equiped with all the appliances and utensils we needed to prepare a meal. What we loved most is the easy-to-use gas grill on the patio. We used it every day to grill steak and fish. We would stay here again.

So glad we booked!

Family vacation, house was immaculate, had all the amenities all we had to do was buy food. Location was great, just outside Moab so it was a little less touristy busy so close to everything, less than 5 minutes into town. The only thing that super sucked was the mattresses had covers (greatly appreciate them) but the sheets were some kind of sateen finish on the underside so every movement made the fitted sheets came undone. The last night of our stay my husband actually slept between the mattress and the fitted sheet 😆. Even with that issue would still stay again and would rate 9.9/10

We loved the two master bedrooms and baths, roomy and comfortable. The patios were nice, and the kids liked easy access to their online games due to good Wi-Fi. The pools and hot tub were enjoyable with the summer weather. Parking was right outside the door, so we didn't have to haul gear very far.

This place was fabulous with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay! There were things provided that we didn’t expect such as a large cooler we could throw in the back of our car as we explored Moab! Loved our stay - could’ve stayed a month or more!

My 20 year old son and I stayed here for a few days to visit Arches on a cross country trip and we absolutely loved it. Super comfortable with two master suites upstairs and the living and kitchen downstairs. We made dinner in the super well-stocked kitchen and seriously could’ve stayed here a month. Great, great place - can’t recommend it highly enough!
