2 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 4 max, on-site hot tub (shared), 2 blocks from Main Street.

Pet Friendly! Desert Gardens #1 is a unique and exceptional downtown property that provides both an ideal downtown location as well as a spacious garden setting. This unit features 2 bed, 1 bath and the bed configuration is as follows: 1 King Bed in the main bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and small appliances. All you need is food or walk across the street to Thai Bella and have a fabulous meal! The living rooms feature Samsung smart tv's so Netflix and other tv apps are available. There is not cable TV.



The entire property is approximately 1/3 acre and features 3 units total. The property is optimal for large groups but also comfortably allows for individual groups as well. There is plenty of space for you and your fellow guests to stretch out and relax.

The open space around the units features lush flowers and plants, a year-round open hot tub, outdoor seating, bbq grill, and a relaxing hammock to kick your feet up on.

We work very hard to provide a one-of-a-kind Moab experience with our Desert Gardens properties and hope to share the fruits of our labor with you and your family.

The rooms were very clean and nice. Perfect location for walking to town and restaurants. We had some difficulty getting our second payment to go through VRBO which caused some confusion about our check-in. The host was a bit rude and blamed us for this, but the manager who helped us was great.

The surrounding area bumps this property’s rating. The property itself is old and nothing works quite right. Communication with the property owner was atrocious and the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling. I would not recommend.

The owner of the property was so dishonest. I hope VRBO looks into her. If I had not taken snapshots of the screen pictures she would have never refunded my money. She deleted the texts and agreements we had made and increased the price. I did not stay there and I hope no one else is taken advantage of by her.

Great location and great amenities

We spent three nights in Moab and this was the perfect base. Check in was a breeze and communication with our host and property manager was excellent. The location is just off the main street, which made for easy walking for dining and shopping. The hot tub was a welcomed treat after a long day of hiking. The apartment had everything we needed.

Perfect location. Being just a block away from the main street made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to not hear any traffic noise at night. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Good place in a fun town.

Just 2 blocks away from the start of downtown, this is a good place to stay in Moab for a few days. Loved the hot tub on the property, that was a great way to unwind after days of hiking. The robes were a nice touch, too. Lastly, I have never stayed in any rental that had better quality bedsheets than this.

Clean beautiful apartments

Our group of 7 lady mountain bikers rented units 1 and 2 after riding our bikes from Telluride. We were so thrilled with the apartments! Spotless, comfortable, filled with all the amenities. LocAtion is incredible. Hot tub is clean and large. Yard is huge and lush. Thank you!

Comfortable launch pad for the area

We really enjoyed staying here, and would stay here again on our next trip to the area. The location is excellent for walking to everything in Moab. The yard is adorable, and the decor was very cute. Also, the master bed was very comfortable, which we greatly appreciated after being active all day.

Comfortable rental right in town.

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean and comfortable. There was room for us to stretch out and use as a central starting point for trips into town, Arches and Canyonland Parks.

Great spot for a short family getaway. Separate room for the kids and a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was great and the rec center also a hit. Short walk to downtown. No complaints.

Moab Oasis!

I really cannot say enough about how "cool" this place is for a lack of a better term, and how unbelievable clean it was upon arrival! We travelled to Moab with Teens for a High School bike races and additional mtn biking after. The town was a straight ZOO! Lots of energy, but too many people. This property sits 1+ block off the mayhem, AND great shopping and restaurants, of Main St, but we felt like we could have been miles into the country! Becky the manager was super responsive to solve a small issues and reached out to ask there were any issues with neighbors, etc. The grass area is massive and perfect for your bare feet after a long day on the bike, ATV or river rafting. Will be returning with a group in 2022!
