The Space:

Purple Sage Flats 6 is just a short walk to Main Street. Comfortable and cozy bedding and furniture with an unbeatable location. Enjoy the outdoor space complete with fire pit, hot tub and grill with outdoor seating. Located on the ground level.

You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience



The Neighborhood:

We are located three block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.



Other Things to Note:

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

This condo was perfect for our 2 night stay in Moab. Close to parks, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the washer and dryer were convenient to have! Very clean property.
