KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 7 person private hot tub.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 2 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertain system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.

GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in a oversized double car garage. There is a electric wench lift in each garage for easy removal and storage of your jeep top.

GAME ROOM: Located in the garage with Ping Pong Table (can be folded and stored) 55" Flat Screen TV, Dart Board

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sunshade. We have a new 8-person spa purchased in 2019 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. In the evening you can sit around the fire pit with plenty of room for everyone.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Ken's Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. Soft straps are provided to strap onto your car and take to the lake or river.

PRIVATE HEATED POOL: The property has large private heated pool that is operated year-round. We keep it at 82 degrees in the summer and 98 degrees in the winter.

HOT TUB ON PATIO: This hot tub is private and is open YEAR-ROUND. It was purchased in 2022 and is always kept in pristine condition.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
