Conveniently located in the scenic community of Rim Village, this home sits six miles south of the shops and restaurants in downtown Moab. You'll be only one mile from the Moab Golf Club, 11 miles south of Arches National Park, and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park.

Step inside to discover a living space full of natural light, Southwestern decor, and wood finishes. Light the gas fireplace on brisk desert evenings and curl up on the sofa to watch a Blu-ray or DVD, or a cable show on the flatscreen TV.

Use the WiFi to look up a few recipes and cook with ease in the full kitchen, where you'll find a four-person bar counter, an adjacent dining table for six, and a dishwasher to handle the cleanup. The patio also offers a gas grill, a table and chairs, and gorgeous views of the Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains.

With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this Rim Village townhouse will sleep a total of eight guests. You'll find a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a pair of twins in the third bedroom. Two rollaway beds are also provided, as is a private washer/dryer.

With a community pool (open between April and October) and hot tub (open between February and November), Rim Village offers an abundance of outdoor recreation. But you'll also find incredible hiking trails and desert views in Arches, a bird's-eye view of the Colorado River in Canyonlands, and hours of family fun at Gravel Pit Lanes in Moab. A Week in Moab

Good location and quiet at night. Water pressure and washer and dryer were great. I know it’s hard to get mattresses to everyone’s liking but these seemed a little hard and worn. Overall a good place to stay.

Great location, just outside Moab

Just outside Moab, this was an easy commute into town, as well as the arches and other areas of interest. Our family enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and blankets. The only, small issue was: on a beautiful day, we opened some windows for fresh air. The blinds were very dusty, and dust flew everywhere. Other than the blinds, the condo was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything.

Lovely home

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was exceptionally clean and looked just as listed. It is located just a short distance from downtown and a very quiet neighborhood. Only suggestion would be to update the driving directions. The directions weren’t very clear and the home actually not that hard to find. Also, include code for the pool. Kind of a pain to call and ask for code once we were there. Other than that our stay was very nice!

The oven in the kitchen stove did not work. We had bought several bags of groceries in order to cook our own meals, and we were not able to do that. We left two days early and requested a refund for two nights we couldn’t use.

No water pressure

Was a decent property with a well stocked kitchen. 2 bathrooms but one of them had virtually no water pressure in the shower and flushing the toilet was always questionable. Other shower was ok but you could only get a trickle of water out of the kitchen sink if it was running. We had to shower in the pool house shower across the street. Was REALLY difficult to find at night bc maps doesn’t take you directly to that address. The unit isn’t even on the road listed. Carpets were dirty. It was only a 5 minute drive from Moab and the hot tub was great every evening after hiking (but we all agreed that the bubbles were more than “aggressive”) :D

Cosy, comfortable and convenient.

We have stayed in Rim Valley properties several times now. Convenient to all your Moab trails and loads of parking and garage space for all your bicycles, ATVS etc. Kitchen is excellently stocked with appliances for all your cooking needs- Waffle maker and griddle for cooking up those breakfasts. Clean and nicely decorated. Water pressure is rather low, which makes taking several showers at the same time rather interesting. Otherwise a great, clean and comfortable home for your stay.

Spacious Rental, could use some TLC

Overall our rental experience was good. The house was spacious and fairly new, well stocked, across the street from the pool and worked well for our needs. Having a garage was great. In general it was clean, however, it could use some TLC. There were stains on the carpet, a rip in the couch, chipped glasses and body indents on the bed (although I was surprised to discover that the bed was not uncomfortable). The water pressure throughout the house was very weak, especially in the master shower. My communication with the rental company was a disappointment. I reached out to inquire about internet before renting and got a response back over a week later. I was told that the internet would work for my needs (work and school). I was shocked to discover a sign at the property that states "internet speeds are a challenge. Please be aware, you may encounter slow and spotty internet, especially during peak work/school hours." I reached out to express my frustration given the fact that I had ask specifically asked about internet for work and school and was not told this. I never heard back from the management company. That being said, we had no problems with the internet for the entire week. Fortunately we did not need to reach out to the property manager for anything else.
