Nice place to stay
Posted Mar. 4, 2024 on HotelsVery nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Covered parking and centrally located on the main street walking distance from several stores, restaurants and vehicle rental places. Loved the outdoor themed decor around the hotel and room.

Second time here. I do enjoy this hotel, being close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands is convenient as well.

Room dirty at check in. Noisy refrigerator. Dishwasher didn’t work. We were complimented the cost of 1 night for these issues but charges at checkout were incorrect and we were actually charge for an extra night. Still waiting for refund

I’ve stayed here a few times for its convenient location and amenities. Being in town walkable to restaurants is super helpful. The hotel is always clean and the kids love the pool area. My only complaint is that I stayed here for five nights and not once was the room cleaned. Overflowing garbages, piles of towels and beds never made. They did come in one day and place two new towels in the edge of one bed, but the rest of basic room services were non existent. For a one or two might stay I can get by without it. But for 5 nights it’s not ideal to have nothing.

Hotel in a great location downtown.
Posted Feb. 21, 2024 on HotelsThis was a really nice hotel; it was easy to find and right downtown which was so nice for access to restaurants and shops, you could easily walk to many of them. It was clean and our room was nice and big. I only have one complaint; the sticker on the mirror said they would come "refresh towels" every other day. The second day we left a pile of towels for them to "refresh" and when we returned, the pile was still there and they had not given us any extra towels. I should have gone down to ask for more, but it would have been nice for them to have done it on their own, since this was what they led us to believe would happen. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and clean and comfortable.
