This beautiful golf course home is located adjacent to the green and pond on the Moab Golf Course 12th Hole. Solano Vallejo is a quiet neighborhood just a short 5 min drive from town with a peaceful country feel. It includes a shared seasonal swimming pool and is within walking distance to hiking trails, Red Rock, Steelbender Trail and the Golf Course Rock Petroglyphs site. Located just 4 miles south of downtown and 15 minutes from the entrance of Arches National Park, this home is your ideal base for exploring the area's natural wonders.

The property features 3 bedrooms (master downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs), each with plush, luxurious beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. All 3 bedrooms have new, high quality beds, clean linens, plush pillows, and ample closet space provided for your convenience. There is a full bathroom located upstairs between the two bedrooms and another full bathroom is located on the main level attached to the master bedroom.

Our home tastefully displays original artwork from the Owner's private collection. Step into the inviting living room, where you'll find a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly desert evenings, and warm, inviting furnishings and stylish decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. A coffee pot with freshly roasted local coffee is provided and there's also an nespresso machine. There is plenty of seating at the dining table, kitchen bar or on the outside patio.

One of the highlights of our vacation rental is the outdoor space. Whether you're a grill master or simply want to soak up the desert sun, the private patio equipped with a barbecue grill, firepit, and dining table is the perfect place to unwind. Lounge in the comfortable outdoor area, sip a cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!), enjoy a glass of wine or stargaze under the clear desert sky. The views from the patio can't be beat! Moab's famous Rim gleams in the distance and the nearby pond is a great spot for birdwatching (use the binoculars in the bedroom).

- Main Bedroom - King Bed and attached bath (upstairs)
- 2nd Bedroom - King Bed (upstairs)
- 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (upstairs)

There is a one (1) car garage to store bikes or other toys or park a vehicle. Trailer parking is not allowed inside the complex, but you can park them just outside the complex on Westwater Dr. Bring your off-road machines and ride to Steelbender Trail from the property with no need to trailer your UTV!

Our internet is FAST and reliable for those who need to study or work remotely and we have a designated workstation located upstairs and downstairs.

There is also a full size washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

The community swimming pool is seasonal and is open for use from April through the end of October (weather permitting).

**Please note this is a two-story unit, and guests must use stairs to access the bedrooms.

Great home base for Moab adventures

We thoroughly enjoyed having this comfortable home to return to for relaxing after exploring Arches, Canyonlands Island in the Sky and The Needles districts, and Dead Horse Point State Park. The washer/dryer was clutch! We did a load of laundry every day after exploring all these dusty, desert gems. Sitting on the back patio, listening to the birds around the golf course pond and taking in the gorgeous view while enjoying an evening cocktail was the perfect place to relax. We slept like babies in the primary bedroom with the most comfortable bed. We'd definitely stay here again!

Quiet and serene community

We really enjoyed the location and vibe of the community. Very relaxing. We loved the fun eclectic decor! The bedrooms were comfortable and well suited for our group. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our only issue was that there was no place to store food once we returned from the grocery store. It would have been nice to find one cabinet designated for food. Storing items on the counter was not ideal. I would think that would be an easy remedy though. We’d be happy to recommend the stay to others.

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the furnishings to the carefully selected artwork throughout the space. The location was perfect for our needs, offering both comfort and convenience. The only small downside was the lack of cupboard space in the kitchen. We brought some food and snacks, but since the cupboards were already stocked with essentials, we ended up leaving our dry goods in the storage bins we brought with us, setting them along the wall. There’s plenty of space in the garage if needed, though. This definitely didn’t take away from our overall experience. The bedrooms were spacious, providing plenty of room for personal belongings. This property is a great choice, and we would definitely return!

Perfectly appointed condo!!

Kitchen was well equipped with top of the line kitchen wear, pots, pans, cutlery coffee machine and espresso machine. All appliances work great, loved having a washer dryer handy in the condo. The garage was a plus for the bikes. Look forward to coming back.
