The Fine Print:

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund***
- Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund***
- Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- On channels where Empty Spaces is the merchant of record and remits lodging taxes, the total rent will include all applicable state and local taxes, which may change at any time. Any tax increases after booking will be added to the guest's final invoice.
- Enhanced cleaning with EPA approved cleaning products
- We require an email address, phone number, mailing address, and signed contract for all reservations
- Same-day bookings require a 4-hour notice prior to check-in. Please confirm availability before booking
- Because of enhanced cleaning, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available
-Community pool availability is weather-dependent and managed solely by the neighborhood HOA. The pool is open from approximately late March-October, but varies by year.
