This Southwestern retreat, located in the Spanish Valley, combines the comforts of home with exciting extras, including a shared seasonal pool, community hot tub, and easy access to breathtaking nearby sights.

Local shops and restaurants are just six miles away in the city of Moab. Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park are a day-trip away.

Don't feel like driving? Take a dip in the community pool (open April through October) or enjoy a long soak in the shared hot tub. Tennis and basketball courts are available for guests to use. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

The spacious townhouse boasts vaulted ceilings and Southwestern-inspired decor. On the first floor, a cozy sitting area surrounds a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, where you can surf the cable channels or pop in a DVD.

A fully equipped, open kitchen offers standard appliances and a dishwasher. If the weather's nice, take advantage of the gas grill and have a BBQ on the private patio.

With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, the home can accommodate up to 10 people. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the two additional bedrooms contain a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively. Additional guests will find a queen-size air mattress and double-size futon in the upstairs loft.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice, clean and comfortable 3 bdrm bed in the loft and 2 car garage.By the pools and courts.

It felt like home and is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and there’s an outdoor grill on the patio with table/seating out there. Beds were comfortable, and it had 3 bathrooms. We loved our stay here and will come back for sure!!

Moab rental

The unit is very comfortable for 4 people on a cycling trip. The location is great. Huge garage to store our bikes. However, there are a number of shortcomings: Basic kitchen items such as measuring cups, 2 wine glasses, only 4 water glasses, no dish rack to place items to dry etc. The coffee maker took 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee, we had to run vinegar through it to get it work better but it needs to be replaced, the BBQ is literally falling apart and does not appear the one in the photo, the dishwasher is not secured properly to the cabinet and comes forward when you open the door.

Great place, Bad Rental Company (Vacasa)

The unit is in a beautiful location, the complex is nice and having a garage was awesome! The appliances and home were nice, unfortunately Vacasa leaves a lot to be desired in terms of short term rentals. This was not our first time at a Vacasa rental, but it’ll be the last if we have a say. Every time I’ve stayed at a Vacasa managed property there have been numerous issues. I want to preface this by saying I blame Vacasa for 100% of the issues, I do not blame the employees that I’m sure are paid too little to clean & maintain their rental properties. We arrived and immediately found multiple issues, the gas fireplace which was mentioned in the listing didn’t work (at least as far as we know, there were no instructions) The sheets in multiple beds seemed to not have been cleaned, including hair and dirt in one bed, and stains on another. The second day we were there, we attempted to set up the air mattress, but discovered that it was broken (meaning the 10 person listing only slept 8) and there was a dirty comforter with a smelly t shirt inside of it rolled up in the air mattress. Luckily, we only had 9 people and the 9th person was able to sleep on the couch. If we had 10, I’m not sure where the last person would have slept. On the third morning, we completely ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. It turns out we were only given 3.5 rolls of toilet paper, with no extra rolls anywhere in the home. That was just over one roll per bathroom. We had to go out and purchase more toilet paper, along with paper towels as only 1.5 rolls were provided. We also realized that there were no tissues anywhere in the home, which is quite unusual. That by itself isn’t a huge deal, but when there’s also no TP or paper towels it is. This specifically is something I have experienced at other Vacasa rentals, a significant lack of paper products. We also were going to mention the lack of extra sheets and towels, however when we were cleaning up the home and checking out, we discovered them in the dryer. It would have been nice to be notified about that, just a note or email! Each of these issues are not dealbreakers, but due to the sheer number they are all worth mentioning. As I said before, these issues are due to Vacasa, not their employees. I’m sure they are not given enough time to adequately clean every rental. I will not rent from Vacasa or companies like them ever again, private owners provide a much better all around experience.

Beautiful home, very spacious, very clean, right next to pool, park, and tennis court which was helpful traveling with kids. Easy to check in and check out. Stayed 4 days. Had pretty much what you needed to cook, we used kitchen and grill, lots of cups and dishes, lots of towels. Gorgeous view, less than 5 min from town so very quiet and peaceful at night. Definitely would stay here anytime I'm in Moab

Great south valley condo

This condo is spacious, very clean & convenient to the south side of Moab. Pool was open, grill was used 2 nights because Moab was super busy. WiFi worked fine as well. We took advantage of the garage as well. Lots of SxS people in this area so there was a little noise from them. Otherwise it was perfect for our trip!
