The furnishings are from Bassett Furniture with your comfort being the main factor in the selection process. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king size bed with en suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom located upstairs and a half bathroom located downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with everyday utensils and small appliances, allowing you to save even more money on meals. There are TV's in the master bedroom, living area, and loft. Free Wifi too!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Pool Schedule:
Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Very clean house, couch and beds were very comfortable! We loved the attached garage which prevented the car from getting too hot. Kitchen had just about everything we needed. The only thing we would add is a Keurig. Location is a very short drive to the main part of Moab and Arches; a bit further as expected to Canyonlands. So much to do in the area, all very closeWould definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family as we explored the surrounding areas hiking and relaxing on vacation. We had plenty of space for all of us and gorgeous views. We had all of the information in a timely manner and the text reminders were great. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Had a great time and enjoyed our stay

Nicole's place was spacious, quiet, and a great place to unwind after hitting the national parks and outdoor adventures Moab offers. Overall, the place was clean and offered everything the listing said it would. We did find an item left behind from the previous guest as well as some little handprints left on the closet mirrors. The tile floor could have used another once over with a broom but none of this ruined our stay by any means. We hope to return soon!

Great condo in Moab

If you are hitting Arches/Canyonlands/Dead Horse Point and need a little space, this is the place for you! With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus 2 living spaces, this is a perfect place to spread out after being cramped in the car with each other. 😁. The complex has great views, 2 nice pools and a hot tub, and a playground area for kids. It’s also 4 minutes away from Underdog Animal Rescue if you want to jump down there and volunteer for a couple hours - just saying! The condo is about a 10 minute drive south of downtown Moab, so if you want to be able to walk to places, it’s better to stay in town. If that doesn’t matter to you, this place was fantastic - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is as described. Large, well equipped, clean, attractive and located outside of town but close enough for easy restaurant and park access. There were only three of us, so not inexpensive, but for a larger group would be great value, too!
