Trail Chaser Moab, UT
Newly remodeled quaint home just 9 miles south (10 minutes) from downtown Moab. This adorable home sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful custom kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy all your meals. Beautifully landscaped and partially fenced yard with mature shade trees and plenty of parking for all your outdoor machines, trucks and trailers. The house features a comfortable living room with fireplace, shuffleboard table and 58" smart TV. The dining area just off of the kitchen comfortably seats 6. The back patio area has a BBQ grill for nights you want to cook out. The main bedroom (bedroom #1) has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, huge soaking tub and walk-in shower and king size bed. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and smart TV. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have queen size beds, small dressers and closets. There are multiple places on the property to relax and take in views of the La Sal Mountains, the Moab Canyon Rim or unbelievable sunsets and stars. The house has been very comfortably and tastefully decorated with guests comfort in mind. The property also features full RV hook-ups. There is an added $65/night charge for this amenity.

*No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside please clean up after yourself.
