The property was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great, the food at the restaurant was great. Overall very peaceful and relaxing. All the staff were pleasant and eager to help. Will definitely be back.

This place was safe and secure. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The refrigerator worked great, the bathroom was modern, great shower heard with hot water. The staff are friendly and the food was awesome. I would definitely return.

We are glad we chose this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good enough to fill us up. Rooms were clean and big enough with perfectly working air conditioning. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

I only gave a 3 stars due to the hotels strict rules and regulations. This property is immaculate , the owner takes a lot of pride in keeping his property clean but on the downside I had an unfortunate reaction to the products they use to clean the linens, maybe they use starch , bleach or soap that was too strong and I stained the sheets . I did not purposely or carelessness stain the linen as I had read the rules about being charged for any strains like blood etc that couldn’t be bleached out . I was nervous for the next 2 days and slept with my clothes on !!! I was charged 1000$ pesos although i was told the real charge was 8000$ pesos . The staff apologized and I told them I understood as it’s the hotel’s policy and not their fault . The owner was not around so I didn’t challenge them . I don’t feel it was fair to be held responsible for the reaction to the products but nonetheless I paid the extra cost I was charged. I completely understand the bedding has to be replaced but it’s an expense. as a hotel owner, you should absorb when it’s not the client’s fault . I’ve been travelling for 2 months and I have never been charged for linen . On the plus side : I still recommend the hotel as it’s probably one of the nicest in town . Keep in mind , there are loud parrots on site but at night it’s pretty quiet . Breakfast was very good . They have a Tuk Tuk for free to take you to town or the beaches which is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful .

Thank you for your review Claire.Yes i was not there, but the staff show me the dirty bed linens, and sorry we don't use chemicals to wash how react with your body and make them black. This was some thing else, make up or even stronger because we cant even clean out thats way the girls charge you.Any way thanks for the 3 it is ok for us if this make you feel better with this case.Wish you a nice trip.

Clean quiet and well appointed. Highly recommend property Right in the middle of everything Only negative is the very short road leading to property has water and mid Needs better mIntenance

It's a good accomodation. Good for longer stays, it's worth the money! Clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff and service. The girls were very helpfull and provided service with a smile. They do a fantastic job making Parrot Resort for what it is. I highly reccomend this place. I surely come back.
