Perfect for Business Stays!

It was absolutely amazing. Im so glad that ive found this hotel. I've stayed in other hotels in Mobile and I've been disappointed. This hotel was clean and it smelled so nice in the lobby and throughout the hallways. The staff was so friendly and courteous, they were eager to help. The room was clean and I like that there was no carpet or upholstery on the headboard. It has a great kitchenette with a large fridge, microwave, and cooktop. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. I'm so glad Ive found a place to stay when I come for business.

As of June 2025, this is basically a brand new property. Very clean, no maintenance issues, all fixtures and linens are in like-new condition. Each staff member with whom we spoke was couteous, helpful, cheerful and polite; this is hard to find anywhere. We stayed for a week, and will be back for longer visits if/when in the area.

They had everything in the mini kitchen to minimize eating out. They had a refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave/ air fryer, and 2 burners to cook on. They provided dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans to cook in, and they came with the room. They also had washer, and dryers you could use for free. You had to use your room key to access it. Housekeeping just did'nt come to your room everyday. If you wanted service you had to request it because the Hyatt is an extended stay hotel. They also had a pull out sofa bed in addition to the 2 queen beds.

New Hotel

Spacious room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower. Nice kitchenette. Friendly staff. Close to Bellingrath Gardens. Highly recommended a stay!
