Great beach house with plenty of amenities. Would recommend! We did a lot of cooking and they had a well stocked kitchen, cleaning tools, and also plenty of bedding and extra linens. They even had a tool kit for a baby toy we needed to assemble.

Excellent!!!!!!!!! Beautifully furnished. Beautiful ocean front location. Lots of room for gathering together or enjoying a little isolation time. Heavenly hot tub! Clean! Warm and cozy fireplaces. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. The only down side is there are a lot of stairs. If you have a toddler, bring a child's gate. Interesting wildlife.

Family Beach Trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely house on the beach, and we hope to come back again next year! We celebrated my parents' 86th birthdays and the house is perfect since it is right on the beach so they can watch from inside the house, out on the deck, or walk the short distance from the house to the beach. Loved hearing the surf and enjoying the sunsets from this beautiful location!

What a view

I celebrated my birthday with my close friends, and we enjoyed our stay. We loved that the beach is within walking distance, the rooms have beautiful ocean views, and plenty of restrooms and bedrooms. Seabrook is also pretty close if you want to check out the small town but honestly, this house & the area itself is more than enough. It provided tranquility and solace. I didn't want to leave and I just wanted to stay a little bit longer there.

Sunset Beach House Happy Place

We traveled here for a 3-night stay to celebrate a wedding at a nearby location so due to schedule we did not take advantage all the amenities This house offers added touches such as bicycles, hot tub, ping pong, and an abundance of sand toys. Not to worry, the outdoor shower will rinse all that sand away before you enter the house. After walking the beach or playing in the sand, wash off and head to the upper deck to enjoy the sunset on an adirondack under a warm blanket while sipping on some hot tea the home provided. Then retire to the master bedroom and snuggle on the comfy bed while your family pianist plays the keyboard and you stare at the panoramic view of the ocean waves crashing before you beneath the red glow that remains of the day's sun. Ah yes, we'll go back.
