Beautiful, newly renovated and comfortably furnished house, with large terraces in the immediate proximity of the golf course in the popular holiday resort Anfi Tauro Golf. The accommodation is in a quiet location and has direct access from the street with free parking. The private complex offers a heated swimming pool, a supermarket and a restaurant. One of the most beautiful beaches of Gran Canaria, Playa de Amadores, with white sand and many shops and restaurants is located nearby.



The house has a spacious, open livingroom with a big balcony with a beautiful view to the garden and seaview where you experience amazing sunsets. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Großzügiges, gut klimatisiertes Bungalow mit gutem Schlaf-, Küchen-und Wohn- Essbereich. Kücheneinrichtung sehr gut, Küchenutensilien leider sehr einfach und etwas spärlich. Allerdings reagiert die Agentur bei Wünschen und Mängeln schnell, umsichtig und freundlich. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Golfplatz, Berge und Meeresausschnitt. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Nur ca. 50m zur nie überfüllten Pool-Anlage mit großem Pool und gepolsterten Liegen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Relaxen im Tauro Tal

Ein perfektes Apartment mit Terrasse in Richtung Westen und direktem Meerblick. Allabendlicher Sonnenuntergang ist dadurch garantiert. Das Apartment selbst liegt abgewandt von Haupt- und Nebenstrassen sehr ruhig inmitten des Anfi Topaz Resorts mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstor. Sehr nette und bemühte Verwalterin Saskia mit Mann. Fehlende Wassergläser wurden prompt gebracht. Das WLAN Problem schnell behoben. Swimmingpool, Restaurant und kleiner Supermarkt (der alles hat) in max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist aufgrund der 2 Ebenen ideal für zwei Familien geeignet und man kann sich bei Bedarf mal aus dem Weg gehen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
