Cabral Riverfront Oasis -On the Colorado River -Private Beach & Launch Ramp

This is the Best Rental on the River! This home has a private sandy beach and 27ft wide boat launch. This is a 1500 square foot, two bedroom, two bath home, located on the river. No smoking allowed. Inquire about pets.

THIS IS A SISTER PROPERTY TO VRBO 40564. YOU CAN RENT BOTH HOMES
FOR LARGER GROUPS.

The house is completely furnished.. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped with all cooking and eating essentials. The house has a central air-conditioner and heating unit.

All bedrooms are completely furnished with beds, dressers and ceiling fans. This is a wonderful home with lots of windows and ceramic tile.

There is plenty of parking for boats and RV's. There is a 18 hole golf course within one mile. The house is 18 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin Casinos and 13 miles from the sand bar.

Favorite River House

We’ve stayed here many times the last 15 yrs. And have always had a great time. It’s perfect for family with kids since it has its own beach. House is always clean and has been kept up/updated.* I will add that, although it has its own boat ramp, we don’t recommend launching because the water is low. We had our boat in a previous stay and tried launching but water was too low. We have a 28’ Eliminator so that may have been on the bigger side.

Great house

Great house to stay and enjoy the lake. Host is easy to communicate, very spacious, kids enjoy the games. Has a private lake and parking is big. I really enjoyed staying here. My kids enjoyed to water all day.

River Getaway

Had a great time. The only thing we were bummed about is that there is no dock for a boat. When entering the property it is difficult to get in and out of when you have a boat due to entrance being so tight. Overall, our stay was great fun!!

Best kept secret on the river

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it. The convenience of having our own beach, launch and close proximity to Needles suits our family nicely. We usually have additional friends/family members book the rear property so we can have the entire beach to ourselves. The owners of property are very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
