Points positifs :Bonne situation, piste cyclable au bout du (joli) jardin.Bon contact avec le propriĂ©taire et l'agence.Cuisine refaite Ă  neuf avec Ă©lectromĂ©nager de marque, bien Ă©quipĂ© (mais manque de couverts et poĂȘles). Propre.Cadre agrĂ©able sous les pins. Piscine Ă  400 m. Voisinage sympathique. Animaux acceptĂ©s.Points nĂ©gatifs :Maison mitoyenne (copropriĂ©tĂ©), non prĂ©cisĂ©.Surface annoncĂ©e (incluant la mezzanine) un peu gonflĂ©e. Route trĂšs passante derriĂšre le jardin : nuisances sonores: impossible de dormir fenĂȘtre ouverte (alors que l'annonce dit "tranquille").Odeur un peu dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la salle de bain.VMC bruyante dans la chambre (astuce : couper au disjoncteur la nuit).Lits beaucoup trop petits (je mesure 1,74 m et je bute contre le bout en bois), j'ai dĂ» dormir par terre sur la mezzanine malgrĂ© le bruit du frigo.CanapĂ© du salon peu confortable.Manque de couverts donc vaisselle frĂ©quente.Trop cher au vu du confort rĂ©el. Des amĂ©liorations simples permettraient pourtant de bien valoriser ce logement.

Logement bien situĂ© mais ... L'annonce indiquait deux chambres alors qu'il n'y en a qu'une couplĂ©e d'une mezzanine. PropretĂ© de la salle de douche plus que limite, du scotch autour du pommeau de douche, Ă©quipements trĂšs basiques (peu de vaisselle et pas de sĂšche cheveux) . Table et chaises extĂ©rieurs pas nettoyĂ©s. Le lieu n'est pas hyper accueillant Il y a quand mĂȘme un minimum Ă  faire pour que les locataires se sentent bien et je prĂ©cise que je n'ai jamais laissĂ© un tel commentaire de ce genre pour aucune autre location

Leider gab es zahlreiche MĂ€ngel: - Die SpĂŒlmaschine war defekt (nicht so schlimm) - Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt (nicht so schlimm) - Die Glas-Duschwand war nicht dicht, Wasser lĂ€uft beim Duschen in das Bad. Daher quellen die Badmöbel (unten) auf und der Boden ist immer nass (nicht so schlimm) - Das Abwasser floss am dritten Tag nicht mehr ab (schlimm). Weder Toilette noch SpĂŒle, etc. Somit war kein Toilettengang mehr möglich und es gibt auch keine öffentlichen Toiletten auf dem Campus. Leider lĂ€uft das Abwasser mit allen FĂ€kalien dann aus dem tiefsten Punkt (Duschwanne) heraus. Wir haben das Problem am Abend gemeldet (zahlreiche Mails und Nachrichten auf den Anrufbeantworter) und am nĂ€chsten Tag (nachmittags) kam auch ein Techniker fĂŒr die Abwasserreinigung: Das Abwasserrohr des Hauses wird von einer Baumwurzel so plattgedrĂŒckt, dass kein Papier mehr durchkommt. Eine schnelle Reparatur war nicht möglich, aber zumindest konnte der kleine Spalt wieder fĂŒr den Wasserdurchfluss geöffnet werden. Damit es nicht wieder verstopft, mussten Papier getrennt sammeln und hoffen... Da wir eine alte Rechnung (4 Wochen) von der Abwasserreinigung fanden, scheint das Abwasserproblem nicht neu zu sein. Der Vermieter hat uns ca. 25% vom Gesamtpreis erstattet. (Ich hĂ€tte das Haus nicht mal kostenlos bezogen, da eine funktionierende Toilette mit Kindern essenziell ist.) Da auch der Rest verwohnt war (Matrazen muffeln, KĂŒchengeschirr minimal, etc.) kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.

TrÚs bon séjour

TrĂšs bonne location qui a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos attentes ! Maison en trĂšs bon Ă©tat, propre, spacieux, pratique et nous avons pu profiter de l'extĂ©rieur grĂące au auvent. Cadre reposant, au calme oĂč nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour! Nous le recommandons.. Accueil convivial Ă  l'Ă©coute et propriĂ©taire rĂ©actif.

Location trĂšs bien situĂ©e, adaptĂ©e pour une famille de 4 personnes. Cependant des travaux de rafraĂźchissement, d’amĂ©lioration et d’entretien seraient Ă  prĂ©voir. Fuite dans la Sdb, PiĂšces d’eau trop petites. On a Ă©tĂ© déçu du logement en arrivant, les photos ne correspondait pas tout Ă  fait Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©.

Location bien situĂ©e , Au milieu des pins , proche de l’ocĂ©an Ă  vĂ©lo par la piste cyclable juste en bas de la rĂ©sidence. RĂ©sidence calme et agrĂ©able. Bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais un peu petite pour 6 personnes comme annoncĂ© sur l’annonce. Certains dĂ©tails de l’équipement Ă  l’intĂ©rieur peuvent ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© facilement pour plus de confort ( PoĂȘles plus grandes et neuves , toutes les casseroles n’étaient pas adaptĂ©es pour fonctionner avec la plaque Ă  induction c’est dommage , barbecue Ă©lectrique ou au gaz serait le bienvenue , sĂšche cheveux et aspirateur Ă  dispo seraient bien ).

L'emplacement était parfait et au calme. La maison était parfaite, trÚs bien équipée avec un lave vaisselle et un lave linge. Nous avons pu manger à l'ombre à l'extérieur sous un auvent abrité. Cosy, well equipped cottage with nice garden

JoseÂŽs cottage is really homely, clean and very well equipped. We immediately felt "at home". The nice little garden invites to rest and read a book or drink a glas of wine with your family or friends. We didnÂŽt miss anything and would like to come back when the south of France will be our destination again next year (which we didÂŽt think about so far) Frank and family
