They needed help making breakfast. When we got down there, almost everything was out and some things were totally out. It was pretty crowded with families so I don't think the cook could keep up fast enough. We had to wait for some time for some new stuff to come out.

We stayed here because the guy at the front desk told me over the phone that the pool was heated to 80+ degrees Fahrenheit. The pool was freezing and outdated. I found a used bloody bandaid stuck to my towel in the hotel room. Room outdated. Breakfast subpar.

Online check-in process ahead of time worked great. I even got a text early on check-in day that our room was ready anytime. Only downfall was that the coffee maker in our room didn't work. Everything else was great!

We checked in on a Friday and was immediately taken back at how nice the lobby was. We had good intentions of doing things around the area, but the pool/hot tub area, the billiards, and the ping pong table were speaking to us. We didn't leave the hotel the ENTIRE stay except when we walked to dinner (2 blocks away) Friday night. The saloon was laid back and served pizzas, breakfast was impressive and delicious, and the front desk even had board/card games we could check out and borrow. I got the cheapest room available and it was HUGE!! We will be returning soon. I think we just found our new spot to stay every time we travel to the Quad Cities!!! Even the staff were super nice and always ready to help with anything. Pool guy, cleaners, front desk attendants, they were all so joyful and really made us feel at ease there. Sarah (front desk) was absolutely amazing.
