The room was clean, but the heat didn’t work and there wasn’t any soap. I’m giving a better than normal rating because the staff did fix the issue with the heat fairly quick. Kudos to the maintenance staff!

The property is aging....our sink had cracks in it...the tile in front of the toilet had broken and missing some tile...the toilet was low and took a while to flush...the couch was low...the 2 rooms were nice and the king bed was very comfortable...the hot tub was on but not able to jet fully...and it was in need of cleaning as was the pool...the elevator was very scratched up on the door and wall...the breakfast was ok...had a good selection and offered Starbucks coffee...Overall we enjoyed our room and 3 night stay as it was Thanksgiving...our room was very very quiet on the 4th floor...416

I booked through Expedia and the all inclusive price I booked at wasn’t what I was charged. They included a a day Parking Fee. So we paid more than expected. No where or no one told me about this fee.

Check-in was good. Check-out was good. Property is in a great location across from John Deere Junction, along the river. Art on walls in suite, nice. The same big print in two different rooms, lazy. Toilet wonky. Bathroom ceiling repair looks less than skilled and over some leaking that could still be present. Tiny fridge that froze everything in it. TVs were the most basic. Hot tub was warm but not able to turn on to bubble. Breakfast was lacking options and quality. Free beverage (pop or water) is a joke for a VIP bonus.

one complaint ... no grab bar for getting in and out of shower... I've had a heart attack and am on blood thinners ... no one takes a phone to the shower so if I fell I couldn't get help ....... Grab bar please!! I steadied myself holding on to the shower curtain bar which is not safe .... Brag bar please!

The room was in good condition and the staff was good, but I reserved a king size room and had to settle for a queen size handicapped room which I should have been upgraded to a suite I feel. There was no feeling of accommodation on my part. I won't be staying there again.
