Possibility of adding additional mattresses on request.

Garden of 1000m2 by the river. You have to go down 2 floors to access the garden.

The house is very large (5 floors) and is divided into 2 spacious apartments. The house is accessed from the garage level via the street on level 3.
The housing of the announcement concerns the floors above (4th and 5th floor).

The house is close to all amenities (restaurants, bakeries, bars, organic grocery store, casino, butcher), and summer festivities (concert evenings, mussels and fries, paella...) in the village center 15 minutes from Vaison -la-Romaine and 10 minutes from Buis les Baronnies.

Climbing enthusiasts (Mollans: 6a to 9b, Buis 4 to 8), cyclists (ventoux), paragliders, hikers, you will be delighted. The Via Ferrata, one of the longest and most beautiful in Europe.
