Tres bel appartement avec vue sur mer

Sejour tres agréable dans un bel appartement spacieux avec un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Très bel accueil de la responsable qui est a l'écoute de ses client. Bon petit déjeuner servi avec le sourire. Il ne manque que la wifi côté piscine pour rester connecté avec ses amis.

Reasonable stay

The location is pretty good, the way to the ocean is close, but pretty rough. A good store is not within walking distance, but a 3 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The apartment is ok, a bit outdated, but roomy. The pool is spacious, looks outdated but clean, the good part is that there are usually not many people there. The guards at the property are very friendly.

The worst place in Diani I have ever stayed.

First day … no hot water. Second day I complained. They said a plumber had come and there is hot water. I came back at 3 pm. No hot water. The supposed plumber came again and now found a loose wire. The guy had a bad attitude but got us hot water. Warm shower at 4:30 pm. But in the evening there was no hot water again. Next morning I demanded a room with hot water. I had to wait for over an hour and then the lady came with the apparent owner of the resort. I short Italian guy with really bad body odor. Yuk!! Instead of giving me another room the guy wanted to get a new water heater. In less than an hour. When we left over an hour later the smelly guy was still telling the unskilled plumber what to do. Finally, the last night we had hot water. But the Wi-Fi is ridiculous. Spotty and goes in and out. Look at the photo with their ridiculous explanation. All it takes one guest to watch Netflix and you will have no bandwidth left. Totally ridiculous!!

All we can tell you and let's start from the wifi that your "totally ridiculous" statement is a totally subjective and personal thought and from this we understand your lack of knowledge of the wifi signal distribution system. Our wifi is working fine and you are probably not used to using wifi. The information left in the apartments is absolutely correct as we are not "providers" but paying suppliers of a third party service. We will be able to give the same assessment of your behavior at Aqua Resort starting from the fact that only one day later you notified the reception of the hot water problem and instead we could have solved the problem immediately the same day of your arrival. So you made the hot water problem your problem. Our diligence in working to resolve the situation and give you maximum assistance was instead worthy of praise. We changed the water heater immediately as luckily we were fully booked and couldn't give you another apartment. Also from your review we understand that you are not used to staying in hotels and traveling. We are sorry that you do not tell the truth in your review and we perceive your personal uneasiness which certainly does not depend on Aqua Resort. Perhaps your review should be interpreted with your wrong choices or from a company that did not satisfy you. We hope you find your serenity again

staff very friendly and accommodating, the one bedroom with the balcony facing the sea in general will recommend to visit the location.
