Staff is very nice and the global experience as well. The rooms (I tried 3) require some maintenance. After that, experience will be even better.

The staff were very friendly and the services were very generous

Air conditioner not functional in such hot weather, nights were nbearable.Cold water from the shower came as a tiny trickle throughout. Towels in Swimming area were few and could not meet the demand. Not value for money was my take

Had a fab stay at Bamburi beach hotel, staff were amazing. Great value for money, only downside was the gym not open.
