Ok mais gros point noir: la propreté

Chambres confortables Nourriture bonne Gros point noir: la propreté !! Des papiers et emballages, des verres qui trainent au sol pendant des jours.... On a laissé une assiette 2 jours sans que personne ne s'en occupe sauf les oiseaux. Dommage tant de négligence pour la propreté

Exceptionnel 😍

Ce fut un séjour fantastique, le service, la propreté, l’accueil de l’établissement était pour nous au delà de nos espérances et de nos attentes. C’est un hôtel incroyable!! La plage de l’hôtel est magnifique, il y a plusieurs piscines spacieuses, des activités superbes. L’ambiance est aussi au rendez-vous. Je recommande 1000 fois!

Never again

Few points I highlight to explain my concern with this hotel: They charge 100 USD extra guest per night lunch not dinner not included! Never seen that before any place in the world and I have been travelling the past twenty years I repeated ten times on departure I was requesting a taxi charged on my room. Everething was OK till they rung me on Airport arrival cause they forgot to include it on my bill. I has to find ATM and pay the driver. Third is I sat in restaurant nearby a band playing after asking the waiter. I want on self-service and started to eat while another waiter came asking me to move closer to the cashier! Not to mention the time they need to serve you a beer...I had to go myself to the bar and get one! Never again...

Had an excellent stay at Whitesands! Property has been impeccably maintained, food was excellent as always with lots of variety, and especially loved the daytime food stations that are always fresh and hot. Lots of activities for everyone especially the kids, decent but small gym, lots of pools, and very friendly staff. I had one issue that was promptly addressed. A !

The place was nice and clean and the staff was amazing. My parents had a great time. One of the staff Elizabeth was exceptional went out her way to make my mum, Rose feel well taken care off during the stay. The whole experience was great. My dad loved getting his newspapers every morning. It was amazing.
