Big shaded terrace with a barbecue, closed parking space, secure swimming pool, ping pong, sunbathing, and hammock. Big terraced garden, calm, 6 km away from Monaco through a direct way. An 800-metre walk from the old medieval village of La Turbie (restaurants, shops, doctors, pharmacies, tennis courts, and the historical monument of Trophée d’Auguste). There are beaches nearby (Roquebrune, Monaco, Cap d’Ail and Eze). You can go hiking and canyoning inland Via Ferrata (national park of Mercantour). Ski resorts are only 90 minutes away, 3 km away from Eze, and 7 km away from Menton. The Vintimille market (Italy) is 15 km away.
