Menton and Carnolès train stations are both less than a 10-minute walk away. I offer a pick-up service for your convenience.

Bus stops are located right outside the residence, providing easy access to Monaco in approximately 15 minutes, with buses departing every 10 minutes to all destinations.

This is a well-maintained, quiet, and high-quality residence. There are no nearby establishments causing any disturbances.

A large terrace overlooking the sea features a dining area and a lounge for relaxation.

The living room is very spacious and includes a state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end appliances and a comfortable, inviting central island.

The comfortable living room faces the Mediterranean and is a large, bright room with a natural stone wall and a large, adjustable, next-generation television. (You can watch TV from the living room or bed, the kitchen, and the terrace; internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.)
An elegant bedroom opening onto the terrace with a dressing room, television, and high-quality bedding (very thick mattress with one firm side and one soft side). Enjoy a breathtaking sea view from the bed!

A luxurious, stylish bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The toilet is separate.
A second couple or your children can stay very comfortably, as the sofa bed is high-quality with a thick Bultex mattress designed for everyday use (160 cm).

The apartment is equipped with a very quiet, reversible ducted air conditioning system, ensuring an ideal and consistent temperature throughout.
Variable LED lighting creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere in the bedroom and living room.
Everything has been designed for the comfort and well-being of its occupants.

You have a private parking space in the basement.

Special attention is required for large vehicles. For very large vehicles, please contact me; solutions will be offered.

You can easily park near the residence, free of charge, even during peak season.

There is also a parking lot 50 meters away (paid parking only from June 1st to September 30th).

Just a few meters away are the "Bains du Cap," a new aquatic complex with swimming pools, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, wellness areas, and a solarium overlooking the sea.
The Lemon Festival festivities are less than 10 minutes away (without the associated noise and disruptions during this period).

The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the photos - modern, well designed and decorated and everything worked efficiently. We found Jennifer's introduction to the apartment and the area very helpful. There's a fairly noisy road on the sea-side, but that is more than made up for by the sublime views, particularly at sunrise and sunset. It is about a 10 minute walk to central Menton which is full of great restaurants (our favourite was Bistrot des Jardins) and an excellent base for exploring this corner of France. We mostly used trains to get around and, if you like walking, would particularly recommend the walk around St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. We had a fabulous week here :)

Perfect base to explore the area

I felt very comfortable, safe, and secure here. Top-notch kitchen and bathroom. The views, especially of the sun rising each day, were spectacular. And Jennifer couldn’t have been warmer and kinder. Highly recommend.

Jennifer is a wonderful host and was very helpful on arrival. This apartment is immaculate in every way. Each of the rooms were in showroom quality on our arrival and the kitchen has everything you would require during a stay. Having both options of soft furnishings or dining table and chairs on the balcony was wonderful and the views from each of the rooms and the balcony are simply stunning. Brilliantly located between Menton and Roquebrune as both were easily reachable by a short walk. We would not hesitate in returning to this apartment.

Appartement récent et agréablement aménagé. Accueil sympathique de Jennifer qui explique comment tout fonctionne et peux suggérer des adresses. Très propre. Hélas, le parking intérieur n'est que pour des "petites" voitures. Et il faut savoir que c'est un second étage, front de mer avec un axe de circulation assez fréquenté. Et à cette saison, dès qu'il y a du soleil avec les grandes baies, l'appartement devient chaud et conserve la chaleur. Sinon, le système de climatisation/chauffage est très efficace et silencieux, mais avec la chaleur accumulée cela ne sert pas beaucoup! Bref bon séjour!

Vous ne pouvez être qu'enchanté par ce somptueux appartement unique, Vous serez bercé par la Méditerranée depuis cet écrin qui flirte avec cette vue bleue turquoise, vous transportant à bord d'une "croisière" magique féérique inattendue... Jennifer a su conjuguer avec talent et équilibre l'élégance harmonieuse avec la modernité. Nous avons été charmé par cette parenthèse de quelques jours tout comme vous allez être émerveillé. Séjour très agréable au bord de mer

Appartement très comfortable. Ensemble moderne et super équipé. Vue remarquable. Un peu loin de la vile et des commerces à pied. Menton relativement inactif dans cet avant-carnaval. Le seul point noir à notre avis est l'accessibilité au garage ave une voiture mais cela avait été indiqué par la propriétaire Jenifer nous a reçu avec gentillesse et serviabilité. Elle a pris grand soin à rendre notre séjour agréable.

l'appartement etait idealement situé face a la mer. La vue d u balcon était incroyable. Jennifer a été tres souple sur notre heure d'arrivée et de départ (il n'y avait pas d'autres locataires apres nous). l'appartement etait tel que décrit, Jennifer avait eu la delicate attention de laisser à notre disposition une bouteille d'un vin italien , du jus d'orange pour le PDJ, de petits pannetones, des capsules de café. La cuisine etait pourvu de vaisselle vous permettant de cuisiner (si vous le souhaitiez naturellement mais c'est tellement rare que je tiens à le souligner) En résumé une adresse à recommander.

The apartment is nicely decorated, very well and functionally equipped (to a high standard). Nothing is missing. The sea view is just beautiful. Ein Ausblick zum Schwärmen

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern! Neu und gepflegt, weiss und hell, modern und komfortabel. Technisch super ausgestattet und von TV, Internet bis zur Klimaanlage funktioniert alles! Da wir unsere Fahrräder dabei hatten, waren alle Strände, alle Läden oder alle Restaurants in kurzer und angenehmer Distanz erreichbar. Jennifer hat uns persönlich und äusserst charmant empfangen und gab uns viele nützliche Infos. Lieben Dank! Menton mit seinem traumhaft blauen Meer und der schönen und farbigen Altstadt ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Einziger grosser Negativpunkt in Italien oder eben auch hier, ist der lärmende und nervtötende Motorradverkehr! Leider ist auch die gesamte schöne Promenade nicht davon verschont. Wir haben es trotzdem sehr genossen!
