DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e Ă  la rĂ©ception, le personnel peu souriant nous a interpellĂ©. Nous avons clairement connu mieux comme accueil en Tunisie (ou ailleurs). DĂ©ception en dĂ©couvrant notre chambre qui n'Ă©tait pas un bungalow mais une rĂ©sidence de 2 Ă©tages avec 10 chambres par palier collĂ©es les unes aux autres. Pour le cĂŽtĂ© village paisible mis en avant sur les photos, c'est loupĂ©. Les chambres famille ne seraient situĂ©es qu'Ă  cet endroit. Cette information nous aurait Ă©tĂ© trĂšs utile avant de rĂ©server ! Enfin du positif avec l'aquapark, le baby aqua, la riviĂšre et la piscine principale. Les bars Ă  pĂątes, burgers et glace sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. Le restaurant principal est bruyant mais trop compliquĂ© d'obtenir une table Ă  l'extĂ©rieur certains soirs. Les tables et les sets ne sont pas nettoyĂ©s aprĂšs chaque changement de personnes, un coup de chiffon vite fait. Donc cĂŽtĂ© propretĂ© pas terrible mais je n'accable pas le personnel de salle. Ils sont en sous effectif avec le nombre de vacanciers prĂ©sents c'est indĂ©niable. Le coup de massue final est arrivĂ© avec le non nettoyage de notre chambre 3 jours consĂ©cutifs (apparemment faut donner des pourboires pour que le travail soit fait, perso je prĂ©fĂšre donner quand c'est bien fait) et les mensonges rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©s du personnel de rĂ©ception. Merci Ă  Salah (directeur de l'hĂ©bergement) et Sihem (relation client) pour avoir essayĂ© de transformer nos derniers jours en ce qu'ils auraient dĂ» ĂȘtre dĂšs le dĂ©part mais la dĂ©ception Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  trop profonde.
