Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge, fiber optic Wi-Fi, dining area, washing machine, freezer, refrigerator. Filter coffee maker plus a Senseo coffee maker, induction hob. Hair dryer.
One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a walk-in closet, one bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, two attic bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet... Two single beds (70 cm) and two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be joined together.
Landing with a small lounge area, ideal for children. House approximately 90 m².
