This non-smoking vacation rental is located on the first floor and spans two floors. With approximately 75 square metres of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults. The spacious and bright living-dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette. With a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and waffle iron, you can tailor your cozy evenings in the kitchen to your own preferences. A matching dining area completes the cozy atmosphere. In the adjoining living area, a comfortable couch (which can be converted into a bed for a 5th or 6th person, 1.50 m x 1.95 m) with a coffee table, a reading chair with a footstool, and a TV stand contribute to your relaxation. The technical amenities include a smart TV, a DAB Bluetooth radio, and Wi-Fi access. From the living area, you can step out onto your furnished balcony (south-facing) with a parasol, where you can relax and wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine. Bright and cheerfully decorated, a cozy bedroom awaits you on the same level, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with 5-zone pocket-coil mattresses, bedside tables, a spacious closet, and a smart TV. You can reach the second bedroom via a staircase that starts from the living area. Here, you’ll also find a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with bedside shelves, as well as a small reading nook or relaxation corner. Both sleeping areas also feature curtains and roller blinds that are virtually opaque and provide good privacy and sun protection. Insect screens in the living and sleeping areas ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom, which receives natural light, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and a sink. The apartment also includes a vacuum cleaner, a broom with a dustpan set, a clothes drying rack, and a laundry basket. In the neighbouring building C, you can use a washing machine and a dryer for a fee. An ironing board and an iron are also available there. Pets are not allowed. Barbecuing in the designated communal area is perfect for cozy evenings. For relaxation, a coin-operated sauna with a small relaxation room is available in the basement of House B. You can park a limited number of bicycles in the communal basement or on the property. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens.
