This hotel should not have the dog friendly tag.

Terrible experience with my dog. At check in they ask me to pay in cash 1200 Mexican pesos because of the dog. Almost the same amount of my night. At the next day, that did not allow me to walk with the dog in the property. This was the worse hotel behavior ever. It should not have the dog friendly tag.

The hotel is good for the area, most rooms are old and outdated; except for the lofts which were built more recently. The floor in the rooms is not properly cleaned; we could see dust and hairs in some areas. Staff at front desk is not super friendly.

The staff is wonderful there. The only thing is the hotel needs to update their TVs some rooms. There are new TVs and the other rooms does not have the update now the presidential room needs to be updated. Definitely
