Room was disgustingly filthy, mold in main & bathroom , broken items, no phone, long hair in sheets, wrinkled bedding. No one at front desk upon arrival, had to search for staff. No safety lock on door.

It was a fail. They gave me room view on the garbage bin of this hotel. Toilet flush was not working. They are displaying that it is a smoke free hotel however when entering to the room it was full of smoke. I checked out after 5 min of my checkin. I adjed for refund they refused. Very dissapointung for my wife and 2 kids.

The kitchen area was disgusting, the food inspector needs to go shut them down. Breakfast was toast, cornflakes, apple juice or orange juice. I asked for napkins and the desk clerk brought a box of kleenex. The outside yard was littered with cigarette buts. People just went outside their room and smoked dope being next door didnt walk away from building. Garbage not empty it was overflowing. I will not recommed it to anyone. Worst experience i ever had in hotel's.

Comfortable beds, could use an upgrade all around but pretty clean. The doors need to be greased. The price might have been higher than I would like but we needed a place to stay last minute, our fault. Would stay again!

The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very old building that clearly need maintenance. Our room was newly renovated however. There was no pool despite being advertized. There was a breakfast, but very limited (only bread, juice, coffee and cereal). Overall it is ok if you are just passing by, but it should be less expensive.

The location and price are good. The room was pretty clean when we came. The service is not good, we requested cleaning of bathroom.and clean towles every day, the bath lightly moped once, and towels never replaced. We had to run and ask for a new towels. Breakfast is under any explanation. Bread, butter, jem, and yogurt. Pool is cold and dirty.

The check in was very uncomfortable. Firl at the desk didnt engage with us and or attenpt aby time of customer service. Once we checked into the room i immediately notice the room wasnr cleaned. The rug wasnt vaccumed the bath tub wasnt cleaned and there was an inch of dust on most surfaces. The renote ro the TV did not work nor did the air conditioner. Upon check out we were not asked about our stay were told to hand the room keys, while they went and checked the room for damages. There was absolutely no attempt to communicate with customers. Ive been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and i could not believe how we were treated. There were people who werent even staying at the hotel lingering around the parking lot which seemed unsafe and unprofessional things to allow from staff. I would stringly recommended a different face to meet your futire customers. We did not feel welcome at all
