When you need a place to relax and unwind, surrounded by the spectacular landscape of the Sierra de las Nieves, Biosphere Reserve and soon to be Andalucia's third national park, then this 10-people holiday villa works just fine. You can enjoy the quietness, soak up the sunshine and recharge your batteries, together with your family and friends, enveloped by the mountainous panorama of the Sierra de las Nieves.

The newly-built, two-storey villa is characterised by a rustic atmosphere, which harmoniously mixes with the modern features you will find inside and outside the house. Sleep in the cloud-like beds located in the villa's five bedrooms, each of which is also provided with an en-suite with shower. Also, know that, out of the five bedrooms, four are equipped with a double bed each, and one relies on two twin beds. This way, the whole group can feel comfortable choosing the room they prefer, knowing that each of them guarantees a high degree of comfort and privacy.

All the bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

Still, the whole family can gather in the spacious living area, located on the ground floor. Equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs, the living room offers the best corner to enjoy each other's company, either while watching TV or chatting in front of the pellet stove. Between the living area and the kitchen, a dining table is provided, where you will make the most of delicious meals with your beloved ones. Last, but not least, the fully equipped independent kitchen features all the appliances and kitchenware you will need during your stay.

The outdoor areas are as cosy and welcoming as the indoors. If you want to enjoy your meal in the fresh breeze, head to the enclosed patio, where an area for "al fresco" dining is located. Here, you can also prepare your specialities thanks to the useful grill. Or, if you prefer, sit on the front terrace and rejoice in your meals accompanied by some spectacular views. The cherry on the pie is undoubtedly the salt-water private pool, which you can dive into when the temperatures start rising. You will make the most of sunny Andalucia, as you sunbathe on the sun loungers and fall in love with the terrific views of the Sierra.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.

A Wonderful Hillside Retreat in the Olive Orchard

This has been one of our best rental experiences with helpful owners. We were greeted upon arrival and happened to time our visit with their olive harvest. Our hostess treated us to her marinated olives and other treats. The house was spotless and meticulously maintained. We had more than one patio to use for eating and relaxing. The pool was very clean and pretty. The casa was perfect for 3 couples travelling together, a lot of room and comfort. We also liked the location, just outside of Monda. The evening breeze kept us cool and the sunsets/sunrises were special. We could drive to a public beach on the coast within 1/2 to 3/4 hour and found that we were much happier staying on the hillside rather than in one of the beach communities. We would highly recommend this villa. We thank our host and hostess and wish them well......

Excellent long weekend

We were a group of 9 girls on a bachelorette trip. The accomodation was perfect with a beautiful pool and lots of sun loungers. Extremely spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The location was a little tricky and we rented cars at the last minute which turned out to be really important. I strongly recommend having your own car for this villa. You cannot walk anywhere from here, it is too remote. We also took taxis when we wanted to go out (the hosts kindly provided phone numbers for very helpful taxis) who then repeatedly helped us our whole trip. As the location was very remote and didn't have an official address it was difficult to get Ubers to work, so using the local taxis who knew the roads was much better. Overall, an excellent stay and I highly recommend.

A beautiful traditional house in a semi-rural setting (which is more on the darker side but which is pleasantly cool during hot days). We were lucky to be there during spring, with many blossoming plants in the garden and a constant supply of fresh oranges, lemons and avocados which host Paqui generously provided. We rented e-bikes in Marbella which we rode back to the house and were astounded by endless trails and side-streets throughout the often hilly and mountainous landscapes. The view from the deck is never boring, always with a slight breeze. It would be important to mention that during the day the winding street below can get a bit noisy but the nights are absolutely dead silent, so a good night sleep is guaranteed. We appreciated the pellet stove as the nights can still be cool in spring. With its comfy ambiance it contributes to the general sense of rest. A special highlight is the courtyard with its beefy and productive barbecue. A bit more kitchen storage would be helpful

une expérience très satisfaisante

Très jolie maison au coeur de la sierra de las nieves à 20 minutes en voiture de Marbella, 50 de Málaga. D'un entretien exemplaire tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, tout y est conçu pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Paqui et son mari sont très accueillants et tout à fait à l'écoute.

Das Haus ist fantastisch, ganz in der Nähe von Marbella, ideal, um den Strand und die vielen Touristenattraktionen zu genießen und gleichzeitig den Komfort der Landschaft unbeschwert zu genießen. Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, und die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam, damit es einem an nichts fehlt. Es ist ein Erlebnis, das ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, die Umgebung ist nicht besonders schön, man kann aber schöne Spaziergänge machen. Der Eigentümer erlaubte uns am ersten Tag den Einzug etwas vor der vereinbarten Zeit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Wohnzimmer ist recht groß und verfügt über zahlreiche Sofas und Sessel. Die Küche hingegen ist zu klein und verfügt lediglich über einen Kombikühlschrank, was für 10 Personen recht wenig ist. Es verfügt über einen Pelletofen und der Eigentümer wollte eines Morgens in die Unterkunft kommen, um ihn zu reinigen. Ich glaube, das hat unsere Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt. Am Ende ist sie nicht gekommen, weil ich eins habe und weiß, wie man es reinigt, obwohl sie darauf bestand. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Splittanlage für Klimaanlage und Heizung, was großartig ist, aber wenn es Zeit zum Duschen war und mehrere davon eingeschaltet waren und dazu noch der Pelletofen und die Badezimmer benutzt wurden, fiel der Strom aus. Und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit, auf die Schalttafel zuzugreifen ... das ist uns während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts zweimal passiert. Wir mussten die Besitzerin um 23 Uhr belästigen und es schien, als hätte es sie gestört. Schließlich war einer der Mieter Elektriker und besaß den Schlüssel zu Sevillana, sodass er auf den Schaltkasten auf der Straße zugreifen konnte. Ihnen steht nicht genügend vertraglich vereinbarte Leistung für alle Ihre Dienste zur Verfügung. Auch am letzten Tag mussten wir die Unterkunft um 11 Uhr verlassen, der Besitzer war jedoch um 10:30 Uhr mit dem Auto auf dem Parkplatz und um 10:45 Uhr an der Tür. Da es regnete, passierte es und um 11:10 Uhr kamen bereits die Reinigungskräfte vorbei...es regnete und wir hatten Kinder dabei, also brauchten wir etwas mehr Zeit. Wir spürten großen Druck und wenig Verständnis von ihrer Seite.

Fantastischer zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt, die Villa war sehr sauber und die Bilder werden dem Ort nicht gerecht. Viel Platz und Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Eine Sache ist zu beachten: Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie die Klimaanlage am späten Nachmittag einschalten. Benutzen Sie sie nur, wenn Sie im Zimmer sind, da bei uns ein paar Mal der Strom ausgefallen ist, aber das wurde von Paqui schnell behoben. Besorgen Sie sich ein paar Müllbeutel, denn diese benötigen Sie, um das Toilettenpapier in jedem Badezimmer zu entsorgen! Ich kann die Villa wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes traditionelles Haus in einer halbländlichen Gegend (dunkler, aber an heißen Tagen

Ein wunderschönes traditionelles Haus in einer halbländlichen Gegend (dunkler, aber an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl). Wir hatten das Glück, im Frühling dort zu sein, mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen im Garten und einem stetigen Nachschub an frischen Orangen, Zitronen und Avocados, die Gastgeber Paqui großzügig zur Verfügung stellte. Wir mieteten in Marbella Elektrofahrräder, nahmen sie mit nach Hause und staunten über die endlosen Wege und Nebenstraßen durch die oft hügelige und bergige Landschaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse wird nie langweilig, es weht immer eine leichte Brise. Es ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass es in der kurvenreichen Straße unten tagsüber etwas laut sein kann, nachts ist es jedoch völlig ruhig, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf garantiert ist. Wir schätzen den Pelletofen, da die Nächte im Frühling noch kühl sein können. Die angenehme Atmosphäre trägt zum allgemeinen Gefühl der Ruhe bei. Die Terrasse zeichnet sich besonders durch ihr fleischiges und produktives Barbecue aus. Etwas mehr Stauraum in der Küche wäre sinnvoll.

Lugar ideal para descansar

La casa estaba super limpia, la anfitriona amable y correcto y la entrada fue rápida. Hay espacio suficiente para 10 personas, tumbonas para todos, cocina bien equipada, las fotos no engañan. Un poco de ruido de la carretera, pero nos acostumbramos rápidamente. Recomendable, volveríamos sin duda.
