A unique SML home with water views & community boat ramp (seems slick). This gorgeous home offers 3 bedrooms 2 with ensuites. The open concept and vaulted ceilings make it great place to entertain. There is a screened in porch and open deck on each level both facing the water views. The upper screened in porch has a TV.
NOTE: hot tub is not indicated as an amenity
NOTE: Bunk Bed (now in music room) has a 75 lb weight limit on the top

Wonderful place to stay and good location to Smith Mountain Lake and Bridgewater Marina where we rented a boat. Host was easily accessible and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion.
