The Space:

Inside, you'll find spacious and well-appointed rooms featuring not one, but two living areas with wood-burning fireplaces to keep you cozy on chilly evenings. The game room is a great spot for some friendly competition, with bumper pool, air hockey, poker, and shuffleboard tables to keep everyone entertained.



Outside, you'll find plenty of opportunities to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the stunning views of the lake. There's a ping pong table, a hot tub, and an outdoor fire pit for evening gatherings. The horseshoe pit and 3 hammocks are perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. The large dock provides ample seating for taking in the water views, and you'll have access to 5 kayaks/canoes for exploring the lake.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**One dog is welcome for a $250 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Other Things to Note:

One dog is welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $250.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
