Welcome to our newly remodeled condo overlooking beautiful SML. This unit is our Southern Escape and one of the largest one bedroom units at Bernard's Landing. Our unit has a comfy king size bed in the bedroom and a full size murphy bed in the dining nook. The living room has a new 55 inch TV and brand new sofa. The kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home. You will love relaxing on the deck and enjoying the amazing view, Wow!! Reconnect & enjoy all SML has to offer. Great internet service and cable TV from Shentel.

Had a wonderful stay with my sister. The condo was very clean and the view from the deck is fantastic and relaxing. Had a question about the thermostat and the owner actually CALLED me to explain its operation. Enjoyed a day on the lake with my son who was staying nearby. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Stayed for a Wedding Near the Lake

My best friend and I rented the place as a home base for a weekend of wedding festivities. The owners were very helpful and understanding of our requests. The condo was also very lovely and comfortable.

Everything was there

The property was clean and the location was as described with a beautiful view of the lake. However, what we appreciated the most were the special touches provided by the hosts: cozy fleece blankets for cool fall evenings on the balcony, fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, and decor that made the condo feel like a true home away from home. We plan to visit again.

We wanted a nice hub with hiking, biking, and restaurants all close by. This place was perfect! The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and spacious

Lake Wedding

We rented this condo for our son’s wedding at Bernard’s Landing. It was perfect location with a beautiful view of the lake. Very convenient to the venue and we enjoyed all the amenities especially the next door outside pool. Unit was very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend.

Great lakefront condo!

Very nice, very clean, newly renovated condo with amazing lake views. The owners have done such a great job styling & furnishing this unit- it is updated & tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Comfortable furnishings are often lacking in rentals, but this condo has the most comfortable bed, living room sofa, & outdoor furniture-making for a great stay. There is also plenty of storage (cabinets, closets) for your supplies (which is rare in rentals).The thoughtfully stocked kitchen & electric outdoor grill were perfect for guests such as us who enjoy cooking (even on vacation)! They have thought of everything-so many little touches & there was nothing that we needed that was not in the unit. The guest docks being just steps away was perfect for using our boat every day. One of the best SML lake rentals we have stayed in & we would love to stay again!
