I have stayed at this hotel for many years. It is in a good location but near a major highway so traffic noise is loud. The building was never sound proofed so I have to keep the AC unit running all night to be able to sleep. This time there was no clock in the room.

We booked a non smoking pet friendly room with a king bed. Local policy is pets get a smoking room. Gross!!! We are non-smokers sleeping in a smoking room is beyond a ridiculous policy.

I booked a pet friendly non smoking room through Expedia. Upon check in I was informed that having a pet required us to get a smoking room. My wife and I are non smokers. Sleeping in a smoking room was one of the grossest experiences of our life. We will never book a Days Inn again.

The service was horrendous, the staff that was on the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. Booked a non-smoking room because I am allergic to cigarette smoke but because I had my emotional support dog with me she told me we had to stay in a smoking room no where does it state that at the hotel nor in the web site if I had known I would not book a room there. Had a problem with the credit card and she very rudely and loudly ask if I had enough money for the deposit on my dog, who does that! I had to leave after two hours of being in the room because I was getting sick and drove another 7 hours after driving 10 hours to get there to get home. I would never recommend for anyone to stay there. I have NEVER been treated like that before and I NEVER had to stay in a smoking room with my dog.
