We booked booked a jacuzzi room when we got there there was water damage around the jacuzzi we asked to be moved to another room said it did not need to have a Jacuzzi they put us in a second suite we went out for dinner came back went out for a cigarette and when we came back in there was a bunch of ants around the toilet. Everything around us was booked full for the night so we stayed there checked out in the morning and found another hotel to finish our stay. That being said the customer service was exceptional everyone was very polite and understanding

Everything was super out dated, our toilet barely flushed the entire time we had been there. You can hear everything coming from the outside hallways. People were drinking alcohol in the hot tub along with people using bluetooth speakers in pool. Beds were super stiff as well.
