Hotel Nightmare
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HotelsDO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! Management and staff were an absolute nightmare. I have never left a negative review at any of the places that we visit (and we travel a lot) but this place is an exception. Our room has items that were non-functional and the staff acknowledged that they were aware of these issues but were not able to have anyone look at it, and recommended that we fix it ourselves. The receptionist was yelling at people constantly during our stay (whether that be kids or adults) instead of speaking to them nicely or addressing situations that were brought up in a professional manner. If you want a relaxing stay, do NOT book this place. It is a complete waste of money.

People were loud above us aĺl night requested a top floor when boked none available. No table to sit and eat at. No closet or drawers for your belongings. Room was nice and clean though

Front desk checked someone else into our room and it took them forever to rectify the situation and get us a new room. Also lots of pot smells in the hallways
