The ALTE ZOLLHAUS 19 is the tastefully and high-quality furnished semi-detached house of a 180 square meter, listed half-timbered house. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, a living room with a dining table for 6 to 8 people. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The spacious, high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. In the converted basement rooms, table football, darts, midi table tennis, billiards and a fitness room provide fun and entertainment. The house is surrounded by over 2000 square meters of gardens with a barbecue pavilion, garden house, garden sauna with bathing tub, small swimming pond, children's playground with climbing tower, trampoline and a boules court.
