It consists of living room with sea views and equipped with sofa bed (sofa bed).
It has an independent kitchen completely renovated and equipped with kitchenware, crockery and small appliances, all sufficient for 5 people.
The bathroom, also renovated, is spacious and has a bathtub.
There is an outside terrace facing the garden and the swimming pool from where you can see the sea and enjoy the sun from early in the morning until sunset. It is the ideal place to share with family or friends and enjoy breakfast and meals.
It does not have air conditioning because the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the laptop in the dining room are more than enough.
It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, etc., everything necessary to ensure a quiet vacation with the greatest possible comfort, without forgetting the existing high speed cable internet service.
