The apartment of 68m2 is located in the Panoramic urbanization of Miami Playa facing the sea only 1km from the town center, 18km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views, plus private solarium and communal area with a swimming pool. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Uitzicht perfect. Inchecken een crime. Moesten sleutels ergens ver weg halen en veel straten afgesloten (1uur) op ons tweepersoonsbed, lag alleen een dekbedovertrek voor een eenpersoonsbed. Onderlaken niet schoon.Ik heb zelf in een kinderbed moeten slapen in een kamertje waar het luik kapot was en de hele nacht tegen het raam kletterde. Ik heb direct de volgende ochtend een app gestuurd naar degene waar we de sleutel hadden gehaald; en die heeft niet gereageerd. Toen de schoonmaakster vanochtend kwam, zij zei dat het belachelijk was wat er gebeurd was en dat ik hier echt verhaal moet gaan halen. De douche was ook kapot hij kon niet omhoog of omlaag, dus mijn man kon er niet onder staan.

Séjour gâché par travaux qui interdisent accès à la plage !

Les + : accueil attentionné de Francesca, vue splendide sur mer (et montagne depuis toit terrasse), calme, tout confort (sauf canapé) et bien équipé, propre, fonctionnel, spacieux, lumineux, bon chauffage, jardin de la piscine bien entretenu, proche petit supermarché bien achalandé ; Les - : beaucoup de vis à vis (notamment sur le toit terrasse, privatif mais jouxtant voisins sans pare-vue !), et surtout, le responsable de la location Hauzify ne nous a pas adressés au bon interlocuteur avant notre arrivée (2 messages à un certain Ferrán qui, en fait, ne s'occupait pas de cet appartement et n'a jamais répondu ; nous avons dû téléphoner la veille au soir pour connaître la procédure de remise des clés !!!), ni avertis des travaux de voirie en cours : parking souterrain visible sur photos inaccessible (se garer à 50m dans cailloux, park non surveillé ni conforme aux mobilités réduites !) et calanque devant la résidence interdite (comme 10 autres sur 3km !) car travaux de réaménagement du passeig maritim non terminés et à l'arrêt depuis des semaines, date de reprise inconnue ! Adeptes de bains de mer matinaux cet appartement choisi pour avoir accès à la mer tôt chaque matin n'a pas respecté nos attentes (selon photos), n'ayant jamais pu nous rendre sur la plage à 20 mètres !!! Pas non plus de promenade côtière du fait de ce "chantier fantôme" ! Le responsable de la location aurait dû, par honnêteté, nous informer avant l'arrivée ! Taxe de séjour identique malgré ces désagréments !

Schöne Ferien

Sehr gut gelegene FeWo mit viel Platz und toller Aussicht. Eigene Dachterasse zusätzlich zum Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants 'um die Ecke'. Ende Mai/Anfang Juni noch sehr ruhig im Ort und am Strand. Geschirr bei Übernahme ziemlich verschmutzt. Herd und Toaster defekt.
