This spacious detached house with garden is in the typical Spanish country house style and is located in an absolutely quiet villa neighbourhood. The house has a WLAN connection. At the same time, you benefit from being within walking distance of the town centre and the beach. The village is located on the Costa Daurada with its fine sandy, gently sloping beaches, south of Barcelona.

The large, enclosed garden runs around the house, making it ideal for children and dogs. In front of the house, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue invites you to enjoy a meal outdoors. An external staircase leads to a large sun terrace where you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the sea. After a dip in the sun, the outdoor shower, also with hot water, offers refreshment. The large, beautifully planted garden guarantees hours of relaxation.

The single-storey house is very comfortably furnished in Spanish style. With a living space of 85 m², it is divided into two double bedrooms of approx. 13 m², a bathroom with shower and a separate WC, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a view of the veranda and a cosy living room with dining area. In the two bedrooms you sleep in two single beds next to each other, each measuring 110 cm x 200 cm. Built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers provide ample storage space for your travelling wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathroom window, a WC and a wash hand basin. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-burner gas hob, a washing machine and the usual small electrical appliances such as a microwave and toaster. The living room has a cosy upholstered sofa and a dining area. WLAN available. The television with satellite TV and DVD player provides entertainment after a day out. A travel cot for small children and a high chair are available free of charge if required.

The distance to the beach is approximately one kilometre. The beach is easily accessible by car or on foot, so you can also take a pushchair or handcart with you. The town centre, where restaurants and supermarkets await your visit, is approx. 600 m away. The immediate vicinity of the house is characterised by an attractive and quiet residential area consisting exclusively of houses and villas, which guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay. In the village, a bicycle hire service and water sports facilities offer variety. Many cultural sights and leisure activities are worthwhile day trips, such as the second largest theme park in Europe after Disneyland Paris, "Port Aventura" (26 km), or the historic city of Tarragona with its Roman monuments (30 km). Barcelona, just 100 kilometres away, is of course also always worth a visit. The Ebro Delta Nature Park, 40 kilometres away, offers relaxation in picturesque natural surroundings.
