Freshly renovated with a wood fireplace, this condo offers breathtaking views of Mont Tremblant and is only 5 minutes by car to the village.

Set on two floors this condo is ideal for a family looking for a peaceful and quiet location while still being close to the pedestrian village.

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed / Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed (double bed bottom and single top) + 1 single bed / Living Room: sofa bed / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.

Customer service is available everyday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.

A five minute drive will bring you into the heart of the famous and colorful Tremblant resort pedestrian village where you will find tons of shops, restaurants, activities and of course, the number one ski and golf resort in Eastern North America.

From this complex, the best way to get around is by car. Mont-Tremblant public buses are free all around town.

Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool. For a beach access, you can go to the Beach and Tennis Club that is 5 minutes away (around 20$/person)
