Cette établissement a beaucoup de point négatif que de point positif. Indication pour ce rendre au condo est terrible, propreté laisse à désirer, qualité prix est horrible, service à la clientèle est inexistante est non expérimenté. Le bruit des bars à proximités. Matelas confortable…Je déconseille cette établissement.

False advertising! Confirmed our use of gym, spa, outdoor pool and hot tub at Westin right up until check in. We showed up at pool spa in swimsuits and were sent to front desk where we were embarrassed. We had no access to Westin. It was a lie. We were kicked out for trying to use hotel services not paid for. Also jets to spa at condo also broken since last spring. Condo and location itself good if you actually ski.

This property had a great location. However there were issues with the property. Both toilets ran constantly, so we turned them off at the base. The refrigerator went out early on during our stay and we lost a ton of groceries. We called for 3 days to get help. We were given a mini fridge, then eventually another mini fridge which doesn't accommodate a family of 4 very well at all. There were electrical issues throughout the place. We are electrical contractors so I can say this with confidence. Lights randomly going on and off, outlets not working. The washer would randomly throw an error code and have to be manually restarted all over. I loved the location, but for the price I paid, this is a NOT A PLATINUM PLACE TO STAY.
