Amazing friendly staff, location is great-right on the pedestrian village. The continental breakfast is very nice to have especially with limited breakfast options close by. Hotel is dated but they do their best to keep it clean.

I wouldnt recommended it because we got broken drawers. I booked it because it say free parking but there isnt . We were out all day so just came to sleep. Staff is not very accommodating lol. Its okay place but for the money your paying not worth if

The property could definitely use a little upgrading. The rooms on the 4th floor are dark and not much of a window to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Leaving from the 4th floor was a nightmare with just 1 functioning elevator. Had to wait almost 1/2 hour to leave the building.

Pros: Friendly staff and location. Cons: This hotel needs major renovations, everything seems like 20+ years old and outdated. Exhaust in the washroom is too loud, flooring is very dirty looking, furniture is like from last century. If they can upgrade the hotel to Holiday inn standards it’s a great place to stay.
