- On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (sofa bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace.

- Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom with a 140cm bed. A travel cot, a baby bath, and a high chair are available.

- Two terraces with garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs, and a parasol. All set in a magnificent one-hectare park.

Two other gîtes on the estate (H70G027340 + H70G027339) can be rented together for a total of 10 people.

Private parking in the enclosed courtyard with an electric vehicle charging station. One small pet is welcome free of charge upon request.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable to the hosts on site).
