This renovated and spacious home is in a quiet green setting next to a nature preserve offering complete privacy, yet close to Montauk’s most iconic spots: minutes to Ditch Plains, Gin Beach, the Docks and downtown Montauk. The open-floor plan offers a sun-drenched living room with wood-burning fireplace and modern kitchen with an island and bar stools. Sliding doors lead off the main kitchen and dining room, where you can step onto a furnished deck with BBQ where you can dine al fresco in privacy with views of a wildlife preserve. A perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset, and for entertaining family and guests.

Family and friends can gather outdoors around the fire pit set on limestone with several chairs, enjoying conversations as the sun sets and the stars come out.

The house sleeps 6. 3 bedrooms with a double bed.

The basement is fully finished with extra beds, pingpong, fuzzball, two sofas and cable TV. This is perfect for children to have their own space, or to entertain guests.

Outdoor enclosed shower is awesome after the beach! The property is on a large corner lot with plenty of gardens and open space to enjoy sports and games in privacy.

If you enjoy the great outdoors, we have you covered to enjoy the many activities that make Montauk so special! Complimentary bicycles, a paddle board, surfboards and tennis rackets. It is only a 10 minute bike ride to Ditch Plains. Public access to tennis courts, 19-hole golf course and an outdoor pool at the public park Montauk Downs right across the street offering world-class greens. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to enjoy the ocean and bay beaches nearby.
