Hither Hills 2BR Montauk Cottage - walk to beach!

Two bedroom/ 1 bath cottage located in coveted Hither Hills. Cottage includes shared^ key access to private parking lots along Old Montauk Highway that access a mile of private sandy ocean beach under the supervision of the Montauk Beach Property Owners Association, (MBPOA).

As per East Hampton rental laws our minimum stay is 15 days. We are also happy to have you as our guest for longer stays (monthly, etc). Thank you for your interest in our cottage!

**Pls note: towels and bed linens are not provided for our home rental. You will need to bring your own for your stay.**
^Beach key is shared with our other cottage next door.
