Possibility to store skis, bicycles or roof box in the private garage of the owner of the house. NON SMOKING COTTAGE. On the heights of the town of Montcel, between Aix les Bains and Annecy, this cottage with a contemporary spirit with some tonic colors is located next to that of the owners. The living room imposes itself by its luminosity, its bay window and the skylight overlooking this magnificent rural landscape. In the heart of the countryside, access to the cottage is easy from the highway; shops and services are nearby. Le Panorama, a perfect name for this gite whose view from the balcony extends from the Albanian countryside to the Bauges massif. Between lake and mountain, away from the village, in a quiet area, this detached house is an invitation to relax, far from the crowds of the city.
