Calypso Shores is a fabulous beachfront luxury villa in Jamaica. Situated within the Lagoons, a gated community near Montego Bay, the villa enjoys exceptional seclusion and a private beach. Gorgeous alfresco living spaces, breathtaking lagoon views, exquisite living and dining areas, and four suburb bedroom suites create an enchanting destination for families and groups of friends. Your vacation rental includes a cook, butler, gardener, and housekeeping, as well as excellent water sport/leisure equipment including a thirteen-foot Hobie sailboat.

The villa's beautiful crescent beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, picnics on the sand, or setting out onto the sparkling expanse of the lagoon. A beautiful seaside deck invites you to luxuriate on loungers or relish a sunset meal. Closer to the villa, the ample terrace includes a gorgeous, heart-shaped swimming pool surrounded by elegant lounge furniture. A columned dining pavilion is the ideal setting for sea-view meals, before savoring delicious cocktails on the veranda.

The interior is elegant yet understated, perfectly cozy yet cool—ideal for quiet evenings and peaceful mornings together. The villa features two king bedroom suites, one suite with queen bed, and one with two twin-size beds. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms as well as air conditioning and safes. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, expansive views of the lagoon, a lounge area, an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone tub and shower, and a private balcony with bistro set. The primary guest suite also has a king bed, private balcony, and lagoon views.

As guests at the Lagoons, you'll enjoy shared access to its outstanding amenities, including tennis courts, a waterfront gym, and a 25-meter lap pool. In addition to your private beach, you can take a short drive to Doctors Cave Beach. Golfers are close to Half Moon, Tryall Golf Club, and White Witch. Sangster International Airport is less than eight kilometers away.

Christmas vacation 2024

My family went down for Christmas. We had 7 adults in the house, very spacious. Location was perfect. The hobie catamaran was used everyday as were the paddle boards. The entire staff was amazing. They helped with all the major & minor details. The food was delicious and they helped coordinate drivers and activities for us. Would definitely return. Highly recommend for a family getaway.

Staff was great. The view is amazing. We enjoyed using the stand up paddle boards as well. Having both the pool and private beach felt luxurious. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed

Our family of six traveled to Montego Bay for a week of relaxation and rest, and we got both! The house is situated on a protected bay, which is generally calm and easy to paddleboard on. It faces south, so the sun exposure was perfect for tanning and sunsets. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. If you have any questions or desires, make sure to initiate the conversation, otherwise the staff will keep to themselves. The food was really good, but basic. All of us ate every meal together, which was a real treat and we ate on the patio overlooking the ocean 100% of the time. There were a few items that were a bit worn, but they functioned. The pool chairs are showing signs of age and use, etc. You can walk to the marina to rent a boat or have dinner at the yacht club, but needed transportation to venture out if desired. Take the trip with Arlene to the farmers market! It was a highlight of our trip, and a real insight into typical Jamaican life.

Relaxing Retreat

The property was immaculate upon arrival. The private pool and beach allowed quality time 24/7. We enjoyed the home cooked meals. However planning the meals were a little disorganized given the fact that there were picky eaters in our group. We enjoyed getting to know the staff. They were all very accommodating. We would like to visit again in the future.

Do not miss Calypso Shores!

From start to finish we were pampered for 7 days. From the informative info from Rosanne, to the amazing ethnic food from Arlene. Odion (OD) could not of been better either. Beautiful home - highly recommend.

The house was outstanding. It was so well maintained that it looked brand new. It had all the necessary items and was fully stocked. All four bedrooms were nice and large, with their own connecting bathrooms. Fully air-conditioned if you want. The pool and many comfortable chairs were so neat. The staff was outstanding, and so nice. They served us in luxury. It was paradise for us for 7 days and nights. We hated to leave. No complaints... I wouldn't change a thing.
